All of the products we sell online are smoked or pickled and will be packaged safely in styrofoam lined boxes with ice packs to keep the products cold if it's required. If multiple items of a single product are ordered, actual shipping charges may be lower than originally quoted and we may issue a credit to your paypal account. And if you'd like an order overnighted and are willing to pay the extra fees call us and we'll take your order over the phone. Feel free to email us or call us with questions.

We ship orders on Mondays and occastionally Tuesdays to make sure the items don't sit in a warehouse over a weekend. So plan ahead when ordering.

Paying by eCheck? We will hold shipment until the money is transferred from your Paypal account to ours, to insure quick shipment it's best to use a Paypal account or a credit card.
